Hou Keong was born in 1986 (Macau, China), he studied Graphic Design and graduated from Macao Polytechnic Institute. He has been working in two most famous Chinese design companies HESIGN (Hangzhou) and KAN AND LAU Design (Shenzhen) separately for over 6 years. Then he founded his own design studio - TODOT DESIGN in 2013.

Lei also put most of his enthusiasm on poster design and poster exhibition. He has won a number of prominent international awards over the years, such as Graphis (Poster Annual 2015/2016) gold and silver, Lahti Poster Triennial (Certificates of Honour), Communication Arts Design and Advertising Annual Competition (Poster Award), Hong kong International Poster Triennial (Young Generation Award). He is also a young curator and held several local and international poster design exhibitions recently.
