COSMOS DESIGN CENTER set up in 2015 includes graphic design, product design and interior design. It accepts the owners; commission to set up the hotels, initiates brand franchising and operate management. Using the core tool ”scenario”, it minimizes the risk when developing the communication platform. Taiwan’s brands are internationally recognized and integrate local and international concepts and practices and is therefore reliable regardless of the country. The combination of local knowledge and international management standards is in line with global standards. After a thorough field investigation and assessment, we integrate the owners’ preferences and manage the budget so that the owners and designers work together during the design process, thereby satisfying the preferences of owners and achieving market positioning in line with the operating principles.
