Johnny graduated from the Royal College of Art in 1988 and worked as competition Architect with Alsop and Lyall (London) for 3.5 years. In this time, he won the competition for the Cardiff Bay Barrage in Wales which was constructed - cost 100million GBP at the time and the iconic County Hall for Marseilles (“the Big Blue”) - cost 900millionFF at the time.

Arriving in Hong Kong 25 years ago, Johnny established and led an International Group of Architects for DAZA, a leading Taiwanese Design Group. In 1996 he set up KplusK Associates in Hong Kong, with his twin brother, Paul. In the 22 years KplusK have been in existence, they have established themselves as one of the leading Architectural teams in the field of high-end private and developer-led Residential projects, Resort Hotels, Serviced Apartments, Urban Hotels and Art Based projects in the Asia-Pacific region.
